It’s hard to believe that ten years ago I landed back in Australia after taking a voluntary redundancy from Tourism WA and taking off to go travelling for seven months. It was while I was away, in a tiny apartment in Buenos Aires, that I announced that I would be starting my own agency, Pronto PR, and when I landed back in Perth a month later, I had already pick up three clients.
Ten years in business, largely on my own as a sole trader, is an achievement I feel proud of. It’s been immensely rewarding and what I love the most is that I’m able to play a role to help businesses, brands and/or events become successful. At times, it’s been far from easy but as they say, nothing worthwhile ever is.
While 2020 has been a challenging year, Pronto PR has not only survived, but thrived - new clients, renewed contracts, new projects and collaborations. I've been busier than ever during the past six months.
