Fervor chef Paul Iskov said he is delighted to be part of the Ord Valley Muster again this year.
“We love the Kimberley and had a fantastic response to our events last year. The native ingredients we foraged for with the Elders from the region not only added unique flavours to the dishes but also gave people insight to the amazing produce that grows naturally in those regions and the importance of preserving them,” Iskov said.
“The setting feels quite spiritual – under the big open skies on the banks of the Ord River, I can’t wait to be back there.”
